Avocado with chiken meat salad

For recipe you will need:
- Kritza (white meat) - 100 g
- Vegetable broth - 1 glass
- avocado - 1/3 pc.
- lemon juice - 1 st.l.
- the red-currant - 50 g
- blueberry - 50 g
- dry white wine - 1 st.l.
- wine vinegar - 2 ch.l.
- butter of walnuts - 1 ch.l.
- repeynoe-butter - 1 ch.l.
- sea salt, black pepper Freshly - taste.
