Salad from mussels c macaroni

For the recipe it are required to you:
- Mussels - 2 kg
- Garlic - 2 denticle
- Tomatoes - 1 piece.
- A basil - 1 bunch
- Olive oil - 8 items l.
- Pepper - 6 peas
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- White wine - 125 ml.
- Macaroni (in the form of cockleshells) - 250 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Salt - 1 ch.l.
- Pepper - 1 piece.
- A parsley-1 bunch
- A citric balm - 1 twig
- Wine vinegar - 4 items l.
- Salt and cayenne pepper - on 1 pinch.

Media to wash out with brush under a jet of water, to remove short moustaches and fimbria mussels, empty shell to throw out. Garlic to clear and finely to cut, the tomato to wash up and cut large cubes. To chop leaves of a basil. 2 items l. Oils to warm up in the big frying pan. To fry in it garlic, to add a tomato, half of basil, pepper pea, sugar and wine. To lay in this mix of a mussel and to extinguish 5 minutes on strong fire, to throw out not opened shell. To get from cockleshells meat of mussels, to filter broth and to boil. Macaroni to boil in salty water of 8 minutes, then pour cold water and to give to flow down. Pepper finely to cut cubes. Finely to chop a parsley and a balm. Vinegar to mix with broth of mussels, to add the stayed oil and greens. To season sauce with salt and cayenne pepper. To mix macaroni, pepper and mussels. Salad to fill with sauce and to submit to a table.
